Creative Collaboration Limerick is a collective that works to provide a space for people from all disciplinary backgrounds to collaborate on creative multi, cross, inter and transdisciplinary projects.

CCL was founded in July 2018 through online calls of interest.  This developed into focus meetings throughout the academic year, in which students/graduates from LSAD, LIT, and UL attended. CCL has now begun to initiate multidisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity creative practice through its participation in events such as Limerick Lifelong Learning Art-athon and the durational collaborative art project ‘The Laboratory of Common Interest’.

A key element of Creative Collaboration Limerick is its database of members which charts the wide skill base and collaborative potential. This acts as a resource for people in Limerick to get in contact with others that are interested in collaboration. It aids the realisation of creative projects by providing a directory of skills in Limerick.

Creative Collaboration Limerick will also seek to chart effective collaborations in order to better understand inter, multi and transdisciplinary creative interactions.

CCL is now working on a series of events throughout 2019 and 2020.
